This certification is awarded to businesses that implement best practices in human resources management. The Centre received its initial certification in 2013.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>To obtain renewal, the Centre had to conduct a confidential employee survey and score more than 75% in the study of 69 human resources practices in 14 areas (communications, working conditions, atmosphere and quality of work life).<\/p>\n<p>Together with the\u00a0<em>Investissement-comp\u00e9tences<\/em> certification issued jointly by Services Qu\u00e9bec and the\u00a0<em>Commission des partenaires du march\u00e9 du travail<\/em>, this renewal clearly demonstrates the Centre\u2019s commitment to providing employees with a work environment that encourages personal and professional development as well as collaboration in achieving the Centre\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n<p>The C\u00f4te-des-Neiges Job Search Centre has been the first non-profit organization in the Greater\u00a0Montr\u00e9al Area to be granted Remarkable Employer certification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Bureau de normalisation du Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BNQ is an administrative branch of the\u00a0<em>Centre de recherche industrielle du Qu\u00e9bec<\/em>\u00a0(CRIQ).\u00a0Its mission is to act as a partner to business for the purpose of improving the quality of products,\u00a0processes and services by developing standards and implementing certification programs such as\u00a0Remarkable Employer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Centre has just had its\u00a0Remarkable Employer\u00a0certification renewed by the Bureau de normalisation du Qu\u00e9bec (BNQ).
